Shipping: Shipping options are provided as described in our E-commerce store check-out page. You may choose the option that is available per the particular product. Some larger commercial grade, on palette, ie (Complete Pressure Systems, Engines, Paint Sprayers) these products are subject to special conditions, ie lift gate charge, fork lift available, loading dock ETC, when ordering these items you must call to get a shipping quote.

Returns: There is a 20% restocking fee on all purchases. In order to be eligible for a refund;  

The product must be returned within 21 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition as received. Opened, damaged or used will not receive a refund. Electronics, ie. (control boards, pc bords, transducers, potentiometers) are not refundable.

SaniSpray products Per Graco are not returnable.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We honor all manufacturer written warranties.
